An army marches on its instruments, and this one starts with logs.
Before orchestration, before agents — before anything that could fail in
interesting ways — the platform gets structured logging as a first-class
citizen. An emoji enricher (Coryp.Logging, epic 2), a DI registration
extension (US-2.4), and then the unglamorous work of removing every ad-hoc
log file from AIService and replacing them with one opinionated pipeline
(US-3.1–US-3.3). If a system is going to run agents, it is going to
explain itself.
Identity comes next, one use-case at a time — the discipline visible in the
names themselves: a port first (US-AIS-1.1: IIdentityResolver port and MongoDB adapter), then resolution (1.2), then a link operation with a
duplicate-identity guard (1.3), then a value object on the account entity
(1.4), then the account use-cases (1.5). Ports before implementations.
Guards before flows. The pattern that will define everything after.
Meanwhile the skill catalog migrates wholesale into its permanent home —
dev-tools content folded in, config management landed (US-3.1), the
installer learning to install itself first.
