June is the month the war leaves the map and enters the terrain.
The fleet scales first: 408 catalog commits pour into the Agent Skill
Installer as the agent roster climbs toward its full forty-seven. But scale
is not the story — the ground is. The homelab stops being a place where
things run and becomes a proving ground: OpenTofu applies are now
CI-automated and state-committed (fb07aa5f), provisioning is as-built and
documented rather than remembered (a0de1c1), and the big split lands —
ADR-024 carving DockerContainers into stacks and infra, each scoped,
each answerable.
The platform’s conscience arrives on schedule. A plug-and-play LLM router
(ea586f1, ADR-014). Cost governance wired into the live dispatch path
(9130a37, ADR-019) — because an agent fleet that can spend money needs a
treasury with opinions. Keycloak JWT with dual-scheme resource-server auth
(968e10c). Metrics and telemetry endpoints (c39bb67). And the first
end-to-end gate specs standing watch (US-E2E-2.2: dashboard and trust
gate; 2.3: confidence gate) — proof that the gates the UI draws are gates
the system keeps.
NOW SHIPPING — Agent-Skill-Installer. The asi CLI: syncs, validates,
and installs agent and skill assets across harnesses. Forty-seven agents
authored through sheer will (IP-AAC-6, batches 1–3), a capability
descriptor emitter with validation wiring (8c0dd2d), per-asset redundancy
guards and asi dedupe (abc6e23), tracked removal for every install it
performs. The fleet needed an armory. The armory is open.
1,170 commits. The ground has been proven. What grows on it now grows fast.
